Benito graduated with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from EPN university where he was student representative in the Faculty Council, recipient of the academic excellence scholarship and member of the honor scholarship program promoted by the National Government of Ecuador (GAR VIII). After graduation, he worked for 2 years as a field engineer in the oil and gas industry and he joined the NRG lab in Fall 2024. Currently, he is pursuing his master in Mechanical Engineering. Benito advised with Dr. Lillian Chin in the Merge Lab at UT Austin.
